The products

In addition to red and white wine, the Resort’s lands also yield Terranobile extra virgin olive oil: with a moderately fruited flavor, the oil is ideal with soups, on raw seafood and crudité in general and in regional recipes. Our guests will also enjoy our fig and apricot marmalades.

The winery

The gastronomic offering includes a highly regarded wine cellar which, among other proposals, features two wines produced locally, in the family’s vineyards: a white, Pietrasole, and a red, Terranobile. The first with fruited and floral notes, the second spicy and full-bodied: both inspire a boundless love for the generous countryside they come from.
